Igatpuri Vippashanna Center Eye donation campaign :-21st March, 2009: Eye donation campaign at Igatpuri: We have successfully created Eye donation awareness among the people from different parts of india as well as from different parts of the world ,who attended the 10 days camp of  Vippashnna at Igatpuri.

Shirdi Sai Baba Temple Eye donation camp :-1st April, 2009, Eye donation camp : We have distributed more than 1500 pamphlets for Eye donation campaign at the campus of  Saibaba temple,shirdi. Ad.kishor soni  and his  daughter Disha Soni have completed this event of Eye donation.

Letter to Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh :-10th  April, 2009, We wrote a request letter to the Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh to open more Eye banks and Eye donation centres in their state. They informed us  about considering  our suggestions on the 22nd of April, 2009.

10th June, 2009 :-  Eye Donation Day: We celebrated Eye donation day by distributing leaflets, sending Emails, sending Postcards, Creating Events on Internet,  appealed by writing different articles via newspapers, creating awareness through the one hour show of the 93.5- S FM of Aurangabad, etc. Local NCP leaders felicitated Ad. Kishor Soni for his whole life devotion for the movement of Eye donation. Maharashtra’s Leading popular newspaper “SAKAL ” had published an appreciation article about 24 Hours Devotion of Ad. Kishor Soni for Eye donation movement.

Letter to Chief Minister of Bihar State :-25th  June, 2009, We wrote a request letter to the Chief Minister of  Bihar about opening more Eye banks and Eye donation centres in their state. They informed us about considering  our suggestions on 27th June, 2009.

Mission Eye Donation :- 20th  July, 2009, We created a very good impact on people for donating their eyes during a programme held at the Hotel Amardeep in Aurangabad. Ad. Kishor Soni shared about the importance of eye donation. He spoke about, What is eye donation?, What is corneal blindness?, Why is it necessary to do eye donation?, What is the %age of eye donation in India?,  What is the number of blinds in India as well as all over the world?, How is our country competating with the world?, What is the procedure of eye donation?, What is the role of eye banks in this procedure?, Why is Sri Lanka at the top in donating eyes? etc. & he also explained the term ‘What is our role in this mission?’

Nastanpur shani Temple Eye donation camp :25th Oct-2009:  We have created Eye donation awareness  at Famous Shani Temple (one of the mandir from sadhe tin pith of Shani Dev) at Nastanpur. We have taken blessings from Lord Shanideo for this our mission” From Darkness towards Brightness”. Jai Shanidev! Jai Netradan !

12 th  Jyothirling- Shri Grishneshwar Temple, Ellora on 22nd Nov. – 2009 :We have created huge awareness at the 12th Jyothirling- Shri Grishneshwar Temple, Ellora on 22nd Nov. – 2009. This is our journey towards Fighting Blindness at holy places for eye donation mission. My daughter Disha supported me in this movement. Komal my elder daughter always takes the responsiblities behind the screen. She always takes care about the arrangements, photographs, etc. At such holy places, we get a lot of response due to our projects, as we work hard for our movement. ‘Jai Netradan!’ “Om Namah Shivaya!”

Bhadra MarutiTemple,Khultabad :13th Dec.-2009: Our Journey towards Organ donation mission : An eye is the most precious organ of our body. We have created eye donation awareness  at Famous Bhadra Maruti Temple (one of the sleeping Hanumana temple in India) on Sunday, 13th Dec., 2009. Ad. Kishor Soni and his family successfully did this Organ donation movement. Jai Netradan! Jai Hanuman! Jai Hind!

Meeting  for Eye donation with Goswami shri Vaghdishji Bawashri :17th Dec-2009: We met Shri Vallabh Sampraday Pushtimargi Vaishnawacharya Goswami Shri Vaghdishji Bawashri. We took his  blessings & explained him about our eye donation mission. He was glad to know all our activities done to promote eye donation. He commited us that in future whenever he gets a chance, he will explain the significance of  eye donation to his followers. Ad. Kishor Soni, Mr.Prakash Mantri & Mr. Ajay Maheshwari were present. Eye donation campaign at Daulatabad Fort :20th Dec.2009,                                                                                                                                           It is a historical place famous for its fort. Many tourists from various places & different parts of our country come to visit this place. Many educational tours of different schools & colleges from all over our country come to visit this place. We find this as a good opportunity for the campaign of eye donation. And today we went there & created awareness regarding eye donation in the minds of people. What a fabuastic response it was! People there were quite eager to know about eye donation, corneal blindness, eye bank etc. It seemed that youngsters were quite influenced by it. Ad. Kishor Soni & his family with Mr. Prakash Mantri handled this campaign very well. Jai Netradan!
